This website has been repurposed into one providing access to the evidence of categorical program funding abuses in the Roseville Joint Union High School District.
The documentation can be fairly technical, so please take a moment to review the sections on how to interpret the documents.
How to Interpret the Output
Two examples of the database output are shown here. Prior to 2012, most of the school sites were showing financial data that varied considerably from the data being reported to the California Department of Education.
Output Showing Correct Amounts
Example: Roseville High 2012-2013. The Single Plan for Student Achievement shows the amount the principal was aware of being allocated to his/her school. The Consolidated Application (Con App) is the amount reported to the state as having been allocated. This example is correct as the amounts in the SPSA and ConApp columns match.
Output Showing a Discrepancy
Example: Granite Bay High School, 2010-2011.
- The Single Plan for Student Achievement shows the amount the principal was aware of being allocated to his school.
- The Consolidated Application (Con App) is the amount reported to the state as having been allocated.
This example shows a discrepancy between the two columns. In this case, the discrepancy arose because the school district did not actually allocate the funds nor did it inform the principal that the school should have received the funds.
There should not be any discrepancies, as the Con App amount is supposed to be a report of what was done with the funding.
